Miller's Gas Station/Palantonio's Esso Station
In 1932, Anthony Miller rented the buildings on the northeast corner of Roosevelt Avenue and Monmouth Road. He opened his first grocery store along with the gas station. This was a forerunner of the convenience stores that are now located in gas stations.
